Together, we bring mindful attention to your present-moment experience—sensations, emotions, thoughts, and impulses—as they arise. We listen to the body with curiosity and care, trusting it as a source of information and guidance.
There is no agenda to fix or perform. We move with consent, at the pace your nervous system allows, creating space for integration to unfold naturally.
You do not need to know what you are coming for.
You only need to be willing to notice what is here.

1–1 Liminal Life Somatic Sessions
Individual sessions offering mindful, body-centered support for life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and moments of inner reorientation.

These sessions support times when the ground beneath you is shifting—such as relocation, relationship changes, health challenges, spiritual openings, vocational transitions, or periods of uncertainty where old reference points no longer apply.

Together, we listen to what is emerging through sensation, emotion, and inner experience. The body is treated as a source of wisdom rather than something to override.
Sessions are slow, attuned, and responsive, allowing insight and integration to unfold organically.

1–1 Holistic
Grief Guidance
Compassionate, integrative support for those moving through grief, loss, and bereavement.
This includes grief related to the death of a loved one, anticipatory grief, ambiguous or disenfranchised loss, identity loss, relationship endings, health changes, or other profound life endings. Grief is approached not as something to “get over,” but as a relational process that unfolds in its own time and rhythm.

Sessions offer gentle witnessing, somatic awareness, and space for what has been held, unspoken, or unfinished. Together, we tend grief as something that deserves care, patience, and respect—without imposing timelines or expectations

Somatic Elemental Nature Experience
This guided nature-based experience is a gentle somatic exploration of the elements as they are experienced through the body, the senses, and relationship with the natural world.
Rooted in Hakomi-informed mindful somatic practice, land-based healing, and the elemental wisdom of Ayurveda, this experience invites participants to slow down and attune to the rhythms of both inner and outer nature through sensory awareness, somatic inquiry, and connection with the elements.
Held within the raw temperate rainforest ecology of Quadra Island’s nature trails, participants are supported in exploring how Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether may be experienced internally through nervous system states, emotional patterns, embodiment, and presence — while deepening relationship with the living landscape around them.
Through gentle pauses, reflection, and mindful sensory exploration, this experience offers a supportive space for nervous system regulation, grounding, insight, and reconnection with self, community, and land.

Somatic
Yin Yoga Classes
A mindful somatic yin yoga class inspired by the 8 Hakomi Character Strategies, combining gentle yin postures, mindfulness, and somatic-inquiry to explore emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and nervous system healing through the body.

End-of-Life Exploration
Group
A space to explore our relationship with death through guided imagery, mindfulness, and somatic inquiry. Open to anyone experiencing end-of-life anxiety, grief, or curiosity about mortality. Together we invite deeper reflection on how cultivating a conscious relationship with death can help us live with greater clarity, meaning, and presence.

Elemental Embodiment Series
A 6-week series exploring Hakomi-based mindful somatic psychology and Ayurveda to cultivate a deeper, embodied connection with the five elements and the natural world. Through experiential practices and guided awareness, participants explore the relationship between inner states and the environment. As without, so within — nature as a reflection of our inner landscape.

Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
Grounded, non-directive support for preparing for and integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness, offered within an ethical, spiritually attuned, and trauma-informed scope. These sessions focus on meaning-making, nervous-system integration, and supporting embodied understanding of experiences before and after psychedelic or expanded states of awareness.
