Working Together
This work is an invitation to slow down, turn inward and listen to your wisdom within.
Together, we bring mindful attention to your present-moment experience—sensations, emotions, thoughts, and impulses—as they arise. We listen to the body with curiosity and care, trusting it as a source of information and guidance.
There is no agenda to fix or perform. We move with consent, at the pace your nervous system allows, creating space for integration to unfold naturally.
You do not need to know what you are coming for.
You only need to be willing to notice what is here.

1–1 Liminal Life Somatic Sessions
Individual sessions offering mindful, body-centered support for life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and moments of inner reorientation.
These sessions support times when the ground beneath you is shifting—such as relocation, relationship changes, health challenges, spiritual openings, vocational transitions, or periods of uncertainty where old reference points no longer apply.
Together, we listen to what is emerging through sensation, emotion, and inner experience. The body is treated as a source of wisdom rather than something to override.
Sessions are slow, attuned, and responsive, allowing insight and integration to unfold organically.

If you are feeling...
-
Overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally flooded
-
Like life is shifting and you don’t recognize yourself anymore

1–1 Holistic
Grief Guidance
Compassionate, integrative support for those moving through grief, loss, and bereavement.
This includes grief related to the death of a loved one, anticipatory grief, ambiguous or disenfranchised loss, identity loss, relationship endings, health changes, or other profound life endings. Grief is approached not as something to “get over,” but as a relational process that unfolds in its own time and rhythm.
Sessions offer gentle witnessing, somatic awareness, and space for what has been held, unspoken, or unfinished. Together, we tend grief as something that deserves care, patience, and respect—without imposing timelines or expectations

If you are feeling...
-
Pressured to “move on” or function before you’re ready
-
Overwhelmed by waves of sadness, numbness, anger, or fatigue
-
Holding unspoken grief that hasn’t had space to be expressed
-
Struggling with anticipatory, ambiguous, or disenfranchised loss
-
Unsure how to carry your grief without being consumed by it
This service supports you to…
-
Feel witnessed and accompanied in your mourning
-
Express grief that has been suppressed, delayed, or complicated
-
Ease somatic symptoms such as tightness, exhaustion, or anxiety
-
Make meaning of loss without bypassing sorrow
-
Regulate your nervous system during periods of mourning
-
Integrate grief into your life with dignity and compassion

Elemental Embodiment Group Series
This signature 6-week workshop is an immersive somatic exploration of the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — experienced internally through the body, the senses and externally in relationship with the natural world.
Rooted in Hakomi-informed mindful somatic practice, nature-based therapy, and the elemental wisdom of Ayurveda, this series invites participants to explore how the elements live within their nervous system, sensory organs, emotional patterns, and inner rhythms.
Through guided somatic inquiry, subtle movement and sensory awareness, participants are supported in noticing how the five elements express themselves internally, both physically and emotionally, and how this inner elemental landscape mirrors and enhances our connection to nature.
Held in a small group (maximum 15 participants), this series offers an intimate, elemental-based, non-judgemental space for exploration and connection with the elements. This series offers both personal reflection and shared experience — honoring how healing happens within self, community, and land.

If you are feeling...
-
Disconnected from nature or separate from the natural world
-
Overwhelmed by climate or eco-anxiety and grief
-
Chronically stressed, dysregulated, or disconnected from your body
-
Ungrounded, scattered, depleted, or internally fragmented
-
Out of rhythm with the seasons or your own inner cycles
-
Longing for meaningful community that feels authentic and depth-oriented
-
Curious about personal growth that feels embodied rather than performative
This group series supports you to...
-
Reconnect with your body’s elemental intelligence
-
Regulate and better understand your nervous system through sensory awareness
-
Experience grounding (Earth), flow (Water), vitality (Fire), breath (Air), and spaciousness (Ether) in embodied ways
-
Restore a felt sense of connection between self, community, and land
-
Engage transformation slowly, seasonally, and with depth
-
Cultivate resilience through relationship with the natural world

"If you have come here to help me, you are waisting your time. But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine,
then let us work together."
