For women experiencing financial barriers.
All Indigenous · BIPOC · 2SLGBTQ2 welcome.
A space to reconnect with yourself, honour your experiences, and explore what matters to you. With a particular focus on supporting Indigenous women from the coastal communities of BC, these sessions warmly welcome all 2SLGBTQ+ and BIPOC women seeking reflection, connection, and personal growth. Drawing on Hakomi-informed mindfulness, somatic inquiry, and holistic approaches to wellbeing, we gently make room to listen inward and meet your experiences with compassion and curiosity. Your identity, culture, lived experience, and relationship with belonging are welcome here. There is no pressure to share more than feels right for you; we move at your pace.
Safe Space
You are welcome to arrive just as you are, with whatever you are carrying. This is a space to feel heard and respected without judgment, pressure, or assumptions about who you are or what your experience means. You choose what you want to share, and you can take your time finding the words—or simply begin wherever you are. Your identity, culture, relationships, and ways of knowing are welcome here.
Whole-Body Presence
Alongside conversation and reflection, gentle mindfulness and body awareness invite you to notice sensations, emotions, and inner responses. We can pause and listen for what feels meaningful, at a pace that feels manageable. Your own knowledge of your body and your ways of understanding the world are respected; there is no single right way to experience or make meaning of what arises.
Trauma-Informed
Your pace, boundaries, and choices matter. We check in about what feels supportive, and you can slow down, pause, change direction, or choose not to explore something. There is no pressure to disclose painful experiences or revisit trauma. The intention is to offer a respectful space where your identity, culture, relationships, and lived experience are met with care rather than assumptions.

Reconnecting to Your Own Wisdom
Sometimes, beneath the noise of expectations, old beliefs, and the demands of everyday life, there is a quieter knowing within us waiting to be heard.

Through gentle mindfulness and body-based exploration, we make space to notice what your body, emotions, and intuition may be communicating. Rather than looking outside yourself for all the answers, you can begin to rediscover your own inner wisdom, recognize the patterns that have shaped you, and develop a deeper understanding of your needs, boundaries, strengths, and resources.

I don't see myself as the expert on your life. My role is to offer a compassionate space for curiosity and discovery, where your own insights can emerge in their own time. We honour the many ways people understand themselves and the world, recognizing that culture, community, ancestry, spirituality, and lived experience all shape our ways of knowing. There is no single right way to make meaning of your experience.
The intention is not to tell you who to be, but to support you in building trust in yourself—to recognize what nourishes you, what feels true, where your limits lie, and what resources you can draw upon as you navigate life's uncertainties.
Flexible Ways
to Connect
Meet online or in person on Quadra Island. Depending on your circumstances and location, I may also be able to come to you, making it easier to access support in a setting where you feel comfortable.
Time Just for You
Each session offers 60 minutes to slow down, reflect, and explore whatever is present for you. There's no need to prepare, know what to say, or have a clear goal in mind before we begin.
Pay What You Can Sliding Scale
Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $33–$99 CAD. Choose the contribution that feels manageable for you, so cost doesn't have to be the only thing standing between you and support.
Compassionate support, at your pace.
I believe financial circumstances should not be the reason someone cannot access compassionate, embodied support. The first session is free, with a pay-what-you-can sliding scale for sessions after that.

A Space for What Matters Most
Drawing from Hakomi-informed, mindfulness-based somatic practice, my training as an End-of-Life Doula, and a trauma-informed, nature-connected approach, I offer gentle support as you explore whatever feels present for you.
Hakomi invites us to slow down and become curious about our inner experience. By noticing sensations in the body, emotions, memories, and beliefs, we can begin to understand ourselves in new ways and discover what may be asking for our attention. Rather than looking outside ourselves for all the answers, we make room for the wisdom that can emerge when we listen inward.
Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, reconnect with your intuition and inner resources, and develop a deeper understanding of your needs, boundaries, and capacities. We honour the many ways people understand themselves and the world, recognizing that culture, community, spirituality, and lived experience all shape our ways of knowing. There is no single right way to understand yourself or navigate life's transitions.
A Commitment to Cultural Humility and Respect
After many years of travelling and living among different cultures, I have developed a deep appreciation for the ways language, creativity, ceremony, spirituality, and respect for all living beings shape our relationships with ourselves and the world around us.

Returning to my home on Vancouver Island has brought a renewed sense of curiosity and a desire to learn more about the Indigenous cultures, histories, and knowledge systems of coastal BC, while also recognizing the many people and communities who call this land home. I approach this learning with humility, knowing there is much I do not know and that no single experience or perspective can speak for an entire culture.
I deeply respect the diversity of cultural identities, beliefs, and ways of knowing that people bring to this space. My intention is to listen rather than assume, remain open to learning, and honour your own understanding of what healing, connection, and wellbeing mean to you. You do not need to explain or educate me about your culture to be welcomed here.

My hope is to offer a space where you can feel respected as the person you are, with your own history, relationships, beliefs, and ways of making meaning in the world.

Nothing to Fix. Nothing to Rush.
There is no expectation to reach acceptance, find closure, or make peace with everything. Your experience is your own, and there is no single right way to navigate your current experience in this life.
You remain in choice throughout our time together. We move at your pace, with consent, curiosity, and respect for your whole story.
Sometimes we need a place to pause and breathe. Sometimes we need to speak something aloud for the first time. Sometimes we simply need someone to sit alongside us as we make sense of what we are carrying.

All your parts are welcome.
We can connect via email or schedule a free initial virtual consultation to answer any questions you might have.
