A gentle space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what matters now.
Life can bring us to moments when we find ourselves reflecting on where we've been, what we've lived through, what lies ahead, and what matters most now. Sometimes these questions are difficult to share with family or friends, or we simply long for a quiet space where we can explore them without needing to reach a conclusion.
These one-to-one somatic inquiry sessions offer a compassionate space to pause, reflect, and listen inward.
Meaningful Conversations
Make room for the things that matter but may be difficult to share. Whether you're reflecting on your life, exploring unfinished business, or wondering about what lies ahead, there's space for your questions and feelings.
Whole-Body Presence
Through gentle mindfulness and body awareness, we make space to notice sensations, emotions, and inner responses alongside your thoughts and reflections. Your body becomes part of the conversation, offering another way to listen inward and explore what feels meaningful.
Trauma-Informed
Your pace, your boundaries, your choice. We gently explore what feels manageable, noticing when you feel grounded and when you may need to slow down or pause. There's no pressure to go anywhere you're not ready to go.

A Space for What Matters Most
Drawing from Hakomi-informed, mindfulness-based somatic practice, my training as an End-of-Life Doula, and a trauma-informed, nature-connected approach, I offer gentle support as you explore whatever feels present for you.
Hakomi is a mindfulness-based approach that invites us to slow down and become curious about our inner experience. By gently noticing sensations in the body, emotions, memories, and beliefs, we can begin to understand ourselves in new ways and discover what may be asking for our attention.
Together, we can make room for the questions, feelings, and experiences that come with this stage of life.
Flexible Ways
to Connect
Meet online or in person on Quadra Island. Depending on your circumstances and location, I may also be able to come to you, making it easier to access support in a setting where you feel comfortable.
Time Just for You
Each session offers 60 minutes to slow down, reflect, and explore whatever is present for you. There's no need to prepare, know what to say, or have a clear goal in mind before we begin.
Pay What You Can Sliding Scale
Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $33–$99 CAD. Choose the contribution that feels manageable for you, so cost doesn't have to be the only thing standing between you and support.

You May Find Yourself Exploring…
-
Grief and loss — including the loss of loved ones, changing abilities, relationships, or familiar ways of life.
-
Fear and uncertainty — making space for questions about mortality, dying, and what lies ahead.
-
Meaning and reflection — looking back on your life with curiosity, compassion, and a deeper understanding of your experiences.
-
Regrets and unfinished business — gently exploring what remains unresolved or what you may wish to express.
-
Legacy and what matters now — reflecting on what you want to carry forward, share with others, or leave behind.
-
Important conversations — finding clarity around things you may be longing to say, share, or ask.
-
Simply being with what is — having space to feel, remember, wonder, grieve, or rest without needing to find an answer.
You don't need to know exactly what you want to explore before we begin.
We can start wherever you are.
We can connect via email or schedule a free initial virtual consultation to answer any questions you might have.

Nothing to Fix. Nothing to Rush.
There is no expectation to reach acceptance, find closure, or make peace with everything. Your experience is your own, and there is no single right way to navigate this stage of life.
You remain in choice throughout our time together. We move at your pace, with consent, curiosity, and respect for your whole story.
Sometimes we need a place to pause and breathe. Sometimes we need to speak something aloud for the first time. Sometimes we simply need someone to sit alongside us as we make sense of what we are carrying.
All parts welcome.
